The First Note

Singing is great for your health, mental and physical. You can't beat the feeling you get from singing. Whether you perform in large theatres, small village halls or just to your tiles in the shower your body releases endorphins (the happy hormone). Performing in front of people also helps build your self confidence.

In Harmony

If you enjoy singing then I encourage you to join a choir. Singing as part of a group is really fun. Studies have shown that singing in a group can improve your mood and can help decrease stress, anxiety and depression.

About Me

I have loved singing since a young age and since taking the part of the Narrator in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in my school production I knew I wanted singing to be a huge part of my life. I have been personally been fortunate to have some great singing tutors including Iona Jones, Janet Price (whilst at RWCMD) and more recently I have been receiving coaching from Jan Spooner-Swabey. I believe you are never too old to learn!

I regularly sing in a large mixed voice choir; The Rowland Singers. I have been their Easter soprano soloist on many occasions and have sung Mozart's Requiem, Handel's Messiah, Vivaldi's Gloria and Haydn's The Creation to name a few. I also sing with a small ladies group called The Emery Ensemble.

I am also available to sing at weddings, funerals or other events. Please contact me for more information.

I’d love to hear from you!

I'll get in touch soon!
